Dr. Jennifer R. Keuten joined Powers Ferry Animal Hospital in August 2010, after practicing veterinary medicine in the Atlanta area for five years.  She grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and attended Auburn University for both her undergraduate studies and for Veterinary School.  She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, including the challenges it brings, and the joy it provides.  Dr Keuten loves being an integral part of the special relationship that pets have in people’s lives.  She has a special interest in small animal dentistry, and enjoys educating clients about the importance of dental care in their pets.   In her spare time, Dr. Keuten can be found spending time with her husband Rob, Dachshund Sunny, good friends, and family.  She also enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and hunting for treasures at Scott’s Antique Market.
